Payment Processing Policy

This Payment Processing Policy was last updated on March 27, 2020.

The Payment Processing Service is optional, and it is at the Customer’s discretion whether or not to use this service. By using the service you agree to our Terms as set out in section 6.4 of our Service Terms and Conditions.

Permission Click payment collection fees are in addition to Permission Click licensing fees and are calculated as follows:

Processing Fee 5%
Transaction Fee $0.50 per Transaction
Payment Dispute Fee $30 per Lost Dispute

NOTE: Fees above are our default rates/fees and are inclusive of payment provider processing rates/fees. Rates may differ, if so documented in your organization’s Partnership Agreement. These fees do not apply for cash or cheque payments.

Permission Click reserves the right to add, delete, or revise payment collection fees over time.
